If we haven't met, I'm Bronte Spicer. I had depression from the age of 14 for twenty-two years. In the mornings, I would be filled with dread that I had to face another day. In my early twenties, one of my lowest moments was sitting on my bed, staring at my jam-packed basket of washing, willing myself to put a load of washing on. It seemed like an insurmountable task.  Crippled by deep-seated self-loathing believing I was stupid, a loser, bad, not good enough and a hopeless case that nobody could fix, it was the tools I teach in this course that walked me out of depression and into knowing how to accept and release every negative thought or overwhelming feeling that comes my way.

With this course you will know the practical steps to resolve any problem you have in your life.

In the course you will receive:

- 20 short videos on the science and steps to sit with and let go of anxiety, depression, people-pleasing and anger. 

- 3 1:1 Kiloby Inquiries sessions with Bronte Spicer to dive deeper, safely and gently, to address your past so you can let it go. 


Course Outline:

  • MODULE ONE: GET TO THE ROOT

    Identify the root of all your problems. 

  • MODULE TWO: BECOME TRAUMA-INFORMED

    Learn the science behind trauma and about how feeling your feelings can ease your pain.

  • MODULE THREE: CREATE A SAFE SPACE

    Learn simple ways to stop getting so overwhelmed and start self-regulating. 

  • MODULE FOUR: PROCESS YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

    Learn the 'MEET. GREET. TREAT.' model to accept and let go of your pain.
